Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ASOGrove provides App Store Optimization tooling — keyword research, rank tracking, review monitoring, competitor analysis, AI-assisted metadata generation, and related utilities — via web interface. We reserve the right to evolve, add, or remove features with reasonable notice.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- One person per account. Team seats launch in v2 and will be priced separately.
- We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, scraping beyond reasonable use, or violations of Apple's terms.
Plans and billing
- Free plan: 1 app, 14 keywords, forever. No trial expiry on free features.
- Pro: $6.75/month or $81/year, billed via Stripe. 14-day trial.
- Teams: $19/seat/month (v2).
- Monthly subscriptions cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
- Annual plans refund on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of charge.
- Price changes: we email 30 days before they affect your renewal.
Apple Developer Program compliance
You are responsible for compliance with Apple's Developer Program License Agreement and App Store Review Guidelines. ASOGrove surfaces data about your own apps and public data about others. You agree not to use the service to harvest data you have no right to access.
LLM-generated output
AI-assisted metadata, caption, and review-insight outputs are suggestions, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publication to the App Store. We make no warranty as to accuracy, fitness for purpose, or compliance with Apple's editorial guidelines.
Acceptable use
- No automated bulk scraping beyond normal interactive use.
- No reselling ASOGrove data to third parties.
- No reverse-engineering our API beyond what the public REST contract supports.
- No use in service of infringement, harassment, or illegal content.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights to ASOGrove software, branding, and curated data. You retain all rights to app metadata, screenshots, and content you upload. We may use aggregated, de-identified analytics to improve the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, we delete your data within 30 days except where law requires retention (e.g., tax invoices). You may export your data from Settings before termination.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Rank data, popularity scores, and difficulty estimates are computed heuristics and may differ from Apple's own metrics.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law at our principal place of business. Disputes will be resolved in its courts, subject to non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
